In 2021, Hady became a licensed real estate broker under the Dubai Land Department (BRN 50776), subsequently specializing in Dubai’s dynamic and fast-evolving property market.

Over the past four years, he has successfully guided both local and international clients through acquisitions that include off-plan developments, ready apartments, luxury villas, and high-yield investment properties.
